How do I book a party or event?

Contact us via our contact form or drop us an email with what you’re looking for. Please provide details about your event, including the date, location, number of children, and the type of party or service you're interested in. We’ll get back to you promptly to finalise the details and confirm your booking.

What areas do you cover?

We primarily serve South London and East Anglia but are willing to travel to North London, the home counties and beyond for an additional travel fee. We are even available to travel abroad! Contact us to discuss your location and event details.

What are your prices?

Our starting prices are below. Exact prices vary depending on the type, duration and location of the party. Please click the button at the bottom of this page and fill in the information we need or contact us directly for an exact quote and we’ll be in touch.

Are you insured and DBS certified?

Yes, we are covered with £10 Million Public Liability Insurance. Our entertainers are DBS certified and Paediatric First Aid trained, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. We are happy to provide certificates/evidence of these if you require.

Do you require a deposit to book a party?

Yes, to secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit upfront. This helps protect us from last-minute cancellations and ensures your date and time are reserved. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event. Deposits are non-refundable, but we are happy to work with you to reschedule your party to a new date without cost to you.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans can change. We are happy to work with you to reschedule your party to a new date at no extra cost. However, if you wish to cancel please note that deposits will not be refunded.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time. Ideally, book at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for peak seasons like holidays and school breaks.

Where is the best place for a party?

It depends on the party theme, the season and number of children. For colder, wetter months, we recommend a village, community or sports hall. A large sitting room can work too for up to 15 young children. For late spring and summer, parks and back gardens are best. They’re also free! If outside, we always recommend finding a location near a sheltered area for adults and food breaks. London parks have lots of these. You can always bring your own gazebo and chairs :)

Can you find me a venue?

We can advise based on our knowledge, but you know your area better. If you would like us to find somewhere there is additional finders fee to cover our time.

Can you sort the cake, party bags, decorations and other entertainers?

We specialise in providing party entertainment and not party planning. However, if you’re really short on time we could work something out for an additional fee.

What types of parties do you offer?

We offer a variety of classic and themed parties, including Superhero Space Adventure, Pirate Treasure Hunt, Sports Day Extravaganza, Super Army Survival Adventure, Movie Making Magic, Medieval Magic Adventure and Seasonal Celebrations. Each party is packed with engaging activities and imaginative storytelling.

How long do the parties last?

Our standard party durations are 60, 90, and 120 minutes. We can customise the length of the party based on your needs and preferences. Younger children tire quicker, so we recommend 60-90 minutes. Older children have more gas in the tank, so 90-120 minutes works best.

What is included in the party packages?

Each party package includes themed activities and games, all led by Max or one of our professional entertainers. They bring everything they need in a kit bag including a portable speaker for playing music.

Do you provide services for events other than children's parties?

Yes, we offer entertainment for corporate family events, formal events like weddings and christenings, and informal gatherings such as family reunions and birthday bashes. We also offer a childcare ‘Wingman Chaperone’ service if you need to keep your children engaged and energised for a few hours. We also can perform family-friendly theatre show for you.

Our Wingman Chaperone Service provides dedicated care and entertainment for your children. Whether you need a few hours of fun or a full day of adventure, our experienced chaperones will engage your children with games, activities, and outings to parks, museums, and more.
